He was loved and cherished by many people including: his great-grandparent Leonard Klein; his parents, John Klein and Clementine Klein (Zentner); his wife Delores Dauenhauer; his great grandchild Kaiden; his daughters, Jane Van Beek and Sherry Schmitt (Joel); his grandchildren, Shannon Bathurst (Jared), Jesse Van Beek (Amy), Cameron Van Beek (Cait), Travis Schmitt (Alicia), Derek Schmitt (Lindsey) and Kendra Schmitt; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Avri, Anthea, Cartyr, Koltyn and Lennyx Schmitt; his sons-in-law, Bradley and Randall Van Beek; and his siblings, John, Flora and Margaret. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Heart Association.
