He is survived by: his children, Gordon Schumacher, Darcy Schumacher of Bismarck, ND, Karen Schmidt (Robert) of Bismarck, ND and Chandra Storm (Scott) of Meadow, SD; his stepchildren, Corby Colgrove (Deb) of Grand Forks, ND, Rick Colgrove of Dickinson, ND, Danita Froelich (Ed) of Lemmon, SD and Justin Colgrove (Sara) of Denver, CO; his mother-in-law Esther Carmichael of Lemmon, SD; and his sisters, Caroline Germann of Bowman, ND and Esther Holgaard (Don) of Glenham, SD. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandson.
