He is survived by: his wife Jana Renee DesLauriers; his children, Jonathan (Tonya), Nicole and Nicholas; his granddaughters, MiKayla, Ashlyn and Nataleigh; his siblings, Teresa Hose (Steve) and Richard; his aunt Ruth Sokel; his uncle Charlie Welch; and his mother-in-law Sharon DesLauriers. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
