With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loraine Schlaht (Bismarck, North Dakota), born in Jamestown, North Dakota, who passed away on June 14, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob F. Dockter and Martha Dockter; her former husband Clarence Wittmier; and her husband Earl Schlaht. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Wittmier (Judith) of Bismarck, ND, James Schlaht (Medina), Clara Dockter (Bismarck), Sandra Jablonski (Leo) of Mishawaka, IN, Karen Johnson (Terry) of Golden, CO and Marcia Mehlhoff (Leslie) of Mandan, ND; and her siblings, Erna Duvall of Jamestown and Lloyd Dockter of Sacramento, CA.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Donations to the English Lutheran Church of Medina would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
