With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin A. Dittus of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in Elgin, North Dakota, who passed away on October 30, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dittus and Martha Dittus (Nagel); his parents-in-law, Jacob and Louise Martell; his grandson Michael Marvin Winkler; his sister Delores Dittus David; his brother-in-law James Martell; and his son-in-law Tim Magstadt.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Martell; his daughters, Debbie Magstadt (Tom Haas) and Connie Winkler (Gary) of Elgin, ND; his grandsons, Steven Winkler (Bridget) of Elgin, ND and Zachary Magstadt of Bismarck, ND; his great grandchildren, Mykenzie and Mykala Winkler of Elgin, ND; his brother Glenn Dittus of Elgin, ND; and his sister-in-law Cleone Martell of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
