He is survived by: his mother Susan Griffin Bicknell; his wife Rena Bicknell; his brother Seth Bicknell; his parents-in-law, Takayuki, Yukie Sumimoto and Osaka; his siblings-in-law, Yuko Hamada (Kenichi) and Junya Sumimoto (Yumi); his sibling's children, Akito Hamada, Maho Hamada of Japan and Kyouka Sumimoto of Japan; his uncles, Stephen Bicknell (Margo Boyd), Peter Bicknell of Somerset, NJ, Paul Bicknell of Green Brook, NJ and John Griffin (Jeanette Solak); his aunt Ann Griffin of Readfield, ME; his cousins, Briana Carey Richards of Maine, Thomas Wilson of Maine, Jenny Carey of Maine, Emily Bicknell of New York and Elizabeth Bicknell of New York; and his godparents, Chuck and Linda Suchy of Mandan, ND..
