It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orville D. Schmitcke (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Schmitcke and Bertha Schmitcke (Jungling); his siblings, Donald, Lyle, Delores, Anthony and Barbara Werner; and his siblings-in-law, Cecilia Werner, Glen Werner, Tony Werner, Al Holzer and Tom Fuhrman.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Werner; his children, Dale (Barbara), David and Gary (Barbara); his grandchildren, Kevin (Amanda), Melissa, Travis (Raeann) and Tara (Tony); his great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Addison and Baby Schmitcke; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Fuhrman, Louie Holzer, Diane Dockter (Ed), Mary Cieslak (Dick), Lundina Haux (Bennie), Irene Adolph (Ken) and Carol Werner.
