She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Quale and Warner Quale; and her grandson Leif Phillips. She is survived by: her husband John; her son Zac; her daughter-in-law Danae; her children, Gina (Patrick Phillips) and Erik "Gunnar"; her daughter-in-law Dawn of Rapid City, S. D.; her grandson Iver; and her sisters, Brenda Foat, Minneapolis, Wanda Quale, Bloomington and Minn.

Due to Covid-19, the memorial will be for family and invited guests.
