He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian and Obert. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Salhus (Schock); his children, Brooks (Heather), Pam Binder (Lonnie) and Craig (Stacey); his grandchildren, Chris, Tyler, Amber, Alyssa, Kierra, Brandon, Carter and Jaxton; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda, Jessica and Taylor Littrell; and his sister JoAnn Wagner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
