It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Parker (Bismarck, North Dakota), born in Klamath Falls, Oregon, who passed away on July 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Richard Giffin; her parents, Richard Giffin and Jane Giffin; and her father-in-law Dean Parker. She is survived by: her spouse Lonney Parker; and her children, Ryan Parker, Riley Parker (Becky) and Rachelle Peterson (Chris). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
