We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2021, at the age of 82, Richard Fischer formerly of Bismarck, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wendelin and Margaret; and his siblings, Eddie, Clarence, Adrian, Mel and Irene Kub.

He is survived by : his wife Delores Wilma Germain; his children, Lucy Olson (Eric), Karen Sayler (Darin), Tim (Nancy) and Sara Keller (Kevin); and his siblings, Gary, Alice Schlener, Helen Yetter, Claudette Doppler and Margo Owens. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
