He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Thompson and Leonora Thompson (Schell); his sister Deborah; and his niece Casey. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Berg; his pets, Nala and Finn; his brothers, Ron "Cookie" Thompson (MJ), Springs of Colorado, Colo, Larry Thompson and S. D.; his siblings-in-law, Deanna Berg and Michael Berg; and his parents-in-law, Dale and Shirley Berg. He is also survived by five nieces, three nephews, two great-nieces and five great-nephews; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
