We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2020, Roland Haux (Bismarck, North Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Haux and Burkhart; his siblings, Harold, Ervin, Emil, Melvin, Lavern, Luella and Regina; and his granddaughter Callie Jo Haux.
He is survived by: his wife Luella Nathan; his close friend Gloria; his children, Todd Haux (Carmelle Lips) and Penny Wolfe (Joe); his grandchildren, Shaun Haux, Abby, Joseph Wolfe, Lacie Maresh (Matt), Jolene Olson, Levi Olson (Ashlar), Megan Olson, Amanda Peterson (Erik) and Brett Olson; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Keera Haux, Jackson Eisen, Ryan, Seth, Adam Peterson, Malik Olson, Kathryn, Wyatt Maresh and Joey Olson; Craig (LeeAnn) and Cary Olson (Tari). He is also survived by nephews, a niece, and dear friends.
COVID-19 may have taken his body, but it could not win his mind or his spirit.
Rather than flowers, memorials may be given to the ND Veteran's Cemetery and the Salvation Army per Rollie's request.
