With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Oremland (Bismarck, North Dakota), born in Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on May 23, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sheldon; her sister Nance Butler; and her niece Pegge Butler. She is survived by: her sister Judith Youngstrom Ray; and her sibling's children, Philip Butler and Wendy Butler-Walker.
In that role she created a non-profit reading service for the blind (provided by sub-carrier Prairie Public Radio through donations and volunteer readers) which was the first of its kind in North Dakota.
