It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Faber of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in Lawton, North Dakota, who passed away on March 9, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Senger and Mary Ann Senger (Axtman); her husband John Faber; her parents-in-law, Ben and Bertha Faber; her brother Edward; her brother-in-law Richard Volk; her nephew Allen Volk; and her niece Carol Ann Maggard.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Barthel (Jon) of Bismarck and Michael Faber (Rosanne) of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Zachary Barthel and Amber Hafner; her great grandchild Bailey Hafner; and her sisters, Kaye Volk of Devils Lake, ND, Johanna Maggard of Rapid City, SD and Mary Jane Volk (Kenny) of Aiken, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
