It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki L. Miller of Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldemar Seehafer and Ethel Vivian Seehafer (Olson); her husband Alvin Miller; and her siblings, Wayne Seehafer and Wanda Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Mertz (Jamie) and Chad Miller; her grandchildren, Shelby, Riley, Zoe and Kennedy; and her sister Merna Lemer (Francis). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
