He is survived by: his wife Gladys Witikko; his grandchildren, Kari White and Sioux Falls; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Kristin and Steven (Janice); his siblings, Shirley Demaray (Jackie), Harold Harter (Marvey), Kenneth Harter (Deb), Jean Leuwer (James), Don Harter (Sandy), Duluth, Clarence Harter and Napoleon; his sister-in-law Geraldine Harter; Jessica, Shawn, Kimberly Harter, Ethan and Hailey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
