With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Edward Toay (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on April 14, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Toay and Henrietta Toay (Hartl); his wife Margurite Toay (Headland); his daughter Teresa Kalal (Toay); his grandson Shawn Toay; and his siblings, Albert Toay, Clara Schimelfenig (Toay), Joyce Iverson (Toay) and Karen Toay.
He is survived by: his children, Delphine Gregoire (Jack), East, Michael Toay (Beth) and John Toay; and his sisters, Jeanette Srozinski and Judy Bear of Jamestown, ND..
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, or the Dakota Zoo.
