He was predeceased by: his parents, Waino Jamsa and Helmi Jamsa (Ilkka); his children, David, Robert Jamsa and Colleen Melven; his son-in-law Brad Lefler; and his siblings, Edla Jamsa, Viola Harmon and Duane Jamsa.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Connie Lefler of Grand Rapids, MN, Polly Clauson of Salem, UT, Darrell Jamsa (Glenda) of Starkweather, ND and Ralph Jamsa (Denise) of Salem, UT; his children-in-law, Alicia Heimbuck and Greg Melven; and his brothers, Arne of Grand Rapids, MN, Bernie of Grand Rapids, MN, Bill of Grand Rapids, MN and Donald Jamsa of Grand Rapids, MN. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
