With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward James Lee of Cando, North Dakota, who passed away on September 9, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Lee and Dorothy Lee (Deplazes); his siblings, Leona, Judy, Carol, Robert and Maurice; and his parents-in-law, Errol Loken, Don Schiel, Gennie Loken, Suzanne Loken, Albert and Wilma Loken.

He is survived by : his wife Vera Loken of Cando; his children, Terry (Corinne) of Bismarck, ND, Nancy Lee of International Falls, MN and Kristi Weyrauch (Rick) of Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Wilke, Erik Weyrauch, Makenzie Schafer (Danae) and Myles Schafer; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Madilyn Wilke, Ada and Scout Schafer; and his siblings, Donald Lee, Elaine Molnar, Monica Ritten and David Lee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, the following CDC recommendations are highly encouraged: social distancing, hand cleansing and sanitization, and wearing masks. Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19.
