She was predeceased by : her parents, George Peterson and Margit Peterson (Aarnes); her husband Melvin Sager; and her siblings, Richard, Lloyd, Alice, Myrtle, Florence, Ella and Ellen.

She is survived by : her children, Tim Sager of Cando and Linda Andrews (Don) of Minot, ND; her sister Edna Eigsti of Lincoln, NB; her granddaughters, Jennifer Mrugala (Mike) of Wichita, KS, Melissa Salvia (Bill) of Lake Crystal, IL and Tara Carlile (Devin) of Wichita, KS; and her great grandchildren, Will, Thomas Salvia, Tarryn Andrews, Claire, Aubrey and Tessa Carlile.
