It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Mae (Coulee, North Dakota), born in Donnybrook, North Dakota, who passed away on November 11, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Helmers and Alice Helmers (Hanson); her husband Gerald Lawson; and her brothers, Allen, Eddie and Lyle Helmers.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Lawson (Gayle), Don Lawson (Carmen), Sandra Michel (Ron), Donnybrook Lawson and Joel Lawson (Lori); her grandchildren, Cory Lawson, Kristen Theobald, Alicia Meidinger, Jason Lawson, Matthew Entze, Nicholas Klatt, Ryan Michel, Tory Michel, Brady Michel, Tia Knutson, Lora St and JorDan Lawson; and her siblings, Darwin Helmers (Jeanne) of Minot and Darlene King of Akron, OH.
