He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Craig Opland (Wanda) of Pelican Rapids, Gordon Opland (Sharon) of Johnston Iowa, Mark Opland (Jackie) of Des Lacs and Korey Opland of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Carisa, Dawnetta, Damon, Dain, Dirk, Eric, Pamela, Alyssa, Heidi, Rachel and Matthew; and his siblings, Gene Opland of Moorhead and Floyd Opland (Jean) of Enumclaw.
