He is survived by: his mother Janice Pickard (Jolliffe) of Mesa, AZ; his former wife Peggy Garrison; his wife Cindy Sims; his daughters, Mandy Malaterre (DJ) of Walcott, ND, Sharla Pickard (Sam) of Minneapolis, MN, Shelby Pickard (RJ) of Fargo and Samantha Pickard (Michael) of Hopkins, MN; his grandchildren, Brooke, Preston, Hannah and River; and his siblings, Jeannie Foster (Jim) of Mesa, AZ and Scott Pickard (Lori) of Menoken, ND. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
