He was predeceased by : his parents, William J. Campbell and Jennette Campbell (Minnehan); his wife Marilyn Fleischauer; his son Mark; and his siblings, William, Edward, Jane and Theresa.

He is survived by : his sons, Jeff Campbell (Mary Lue) of Fargo, ND and Tim Campbell (Kelli) of Fairmount, ND; his daughter-in-law Shirley Campbell of Mandan, ND; his grandchildren, Roger Campbell (Melissa), David Campbell (Shannon), Steve Campbell (Cheryl), Billy Campbell (Brittney), Jordyn Bossert (Shane), Taylor Campbell and Jadyn Campbell; his great grandchildren, Cole, Kyle, Payton, Molly, Luke, Faith, Gabriel, Liberty, Liam, Enslee, Elcee and Kase; his great great grandchildren, Lylah and Declan; and his sister Mable Hagen of Spokane, WA..
