He was predeceased by: his father Roger Chwialkowski; his nephew Mike Deppa; and his mother-in-law Patricia Hoffner. He is survived by: his mother Florence Chwialkowski (Robinson) of Bemidji, MN; his wife Siobhan Hoffner; his children, Kristin Deppa, Angel Lentz (Will), Eric Deppa of Grand Forks, ND and Geoffrey McLatchy of Lodi, CA; his grandchildren, Austin Deppa of Valley City, ND, Cleveland Jerome of Drayton, ND and Emily Jerome of Drayton, ND; his siblings, Jeff Deppa (Debbie) of Blackduck, MN, Denise Deppa (Randy) of Cosmos, MN, Lona Chwialkowski of Solway, MN, Kevin Chwialkowski of Buffalo, MN, Corey Chwialkowski of New Richmond, WI and Colleen Chwialkowski; and his pet Zephyr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
