He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Maly (Duell) and Hubert Maly; his brother John Maly; his son-in-law Robert Stewart; and his nephew Alex Woodas.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Mary Road and Over The Road; his wife Mary; his children, Barbara Farwell (Podach-Maly), Paul Maly (Susan) of Fargo, ND and Scot Maly of Green Bay; his stepson Dorian Bingham (Angel) of Green Bay; his daughters, Jeannine Stewart of Lincoln, NE and Julie Lieberson (Rick) of Portland, OR; and his stepdaughter Jessica Gordon of Charlotte, NC.. He is also survived by grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters.
