He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Wegenast and Iris Wegenast (Dunsdon); his wife Gail Ramona Korsgaden; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Terry Aas (Dan), Patty Lewis (Dykes) and Timothy Wegenast (Kari); his grandchildren, Andrew, Julia Aas of Minneapolis, Katrina King-Smith (Dykes) of Logarsce, Slovenia (Franny), Taryn Cardiff (Dykes), Stephany Wegenast of Fargo and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Kobie Irwin and John Dean Wymore; and his sister Dawn Holter (David) of Hatton, ND.. He is also survived by three children, six grandchildren and two great grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice.
