She is survived by: her children, James Akerlind (Joan) of Eden Prairie, Chuck Akerlind (Susan) and Jean Akerlind of Fargo; her grandchildren, Sally Akerlind of Grand Forks, Mary Wood (Casey), Ellie Akerlind and Tyler Akerlind; her great grandchildren, Rylie and Kendall Wood; and her sister Donna Running (Walter).
