He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Waclawik and Dorothy Waclawik (Robinson); his wife Adeline Nogowski; his brothers, Edward, John, Peter (Dorothy), Francis (Wilma) and Gary; his daughter-in-law Diane Waclawik; his brother Ray Nogowski (June); his brother-in-law Ed Nogowski; and his sister Shirley Ekerberg (Richard).
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Prigelmeier (Randy) of Fargo, ND, Dan Waclawik (Janet), James Waclawik (Sheila) and Tom Waclawik; and his sisters-in-law, Delores Waclawik of Overland Park, KS, Virginia Waclawik, Mary Waclawik, Delores Nogowski and Carol Polk. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
