Grace Ann Haakenstad Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2020, at the age of 91, Grace Ann Haakenstad (Fargo, North Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Mathew and Cecilia Mathew; her children, Jane, Matt (Lisa) and Pete (Wynne); her grandchildren, Caroline Holewa (Guillermo Serrano), Louise Holewa, Mark Haakenstad (Abby), Anne Haakenstad, Sam and Hayley Haakenstad; and her sister Mary Wagner (Richard). She was also cherished by Sister Martha Mathew, OSF; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to Gethsemane Cathedral, the FM Symphony Orchestra, The NDSU Development Foundation, or the Fargo Air Museum.
