It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Froslie of Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle Froslie and Kay Froslie (Wingerd); and his sisters, Ellen Licari and Judy Froslie. He is survived by : his wife Melanie Anderson; his children, Aly and Justin Froslie; his stepdaughter Carly Anderson; his daughter Josie; and his siblings, Greg (Tammi), Kelly (Nancy), Mike, Lori Schiermeister and Deb Hager. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
