He was predeceased by: his brother William Holkesvig; and his grandchild Dustin Leen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Debra Ensrud of Vicky Leen, Jeffrey Holkesvig (Theresa), Jay Holkesvig (Angela) and Cory Holkesvig; his grandchildren, Thomas Leen (Tiana), Terrance Leen, Alivia Holkesvig, Alayna Holkesvig and Alizabeth Holkesvig; and his sibling Laura Vigen.
