She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Mouser and Clara Mouser (Rea); her husband Rev. Donald Wagner; her brother Hursel Mouser; and her grandsons, Dayne Michael Wagner and Dustin Ray Coy.
She is survived by: her children, David Wagner (Diane), Donna Coy (Don), Randy Wagner (Paula) and Douglas Wagner (Karla). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, facial masks are required for all attendees.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Northview Church, Kingdom Builders.
