She was predeceased by : her mother Rowann Larson (Smart). She is survived by : her father Ronald Larson; her husband Tom Hinkley; her children, Travis (Morgan) of Fargo, ND and Andrea of Fargo, ND; her sisters, Rhea Grove (Tyler) of Audubon, MN and Ranita LaHaise of Scottsdale, AZ; her mother-in-law Janice Hinkley of Halstad, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Lucas (Dave) of Norfolk, VA, Sandy Hinkley of Hertel, WI, Carol Leas (Derrick) of Rocklake, ND and John Hinkley (Pauleen) of Halstad, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hope Lutheran Church (3636 25th St S, Fargo, ND 58104). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Roger Maris Cancer Center, FM Acro Team, or a local pet charity of your choice. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Rachelle Elaine Hinkley 's name.
