He is survived by: his wife Shirley Heiser of Fargo, ND; his daughter Rhonda Tolbert (Jon) of Breckenridge, MN; his grandson Zachary Tolbert; his great grandchildren, Zander Tolbert and Zoie Tolbert of Wahpeton, ND; his granddaughter Amy Lee Vantyler (Dion); his great grandchildren, Blaze Lee, Breeze Vantyler and Brooklin Vantyler; and his siblings, Edward Heiser of Fargo, ND, Carolyn Clark (Bruce) of Soddy Daisy, TN and Joseph Heiser of Durand, MI. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
