He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barchinger and Elizabeth Barchinger (Ackerman); his wife Jeanne Kragt; his former wife Dorthea; his daughter Cindy Crummy; his brothers, Carl, Bill, Ernest and Edward; and his daughter-in-law Marsha Barchinger.
He is survived by: his son Winn; his son-in-law Bruce Crummy (Lora Albrecht) of West Fargo, ND; his granddaughters, Kristi Cameron (Bert) and Allie Flaten (Tim); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Kennedy and Emma Cameron; and his stepchildren, Terry Kragt (Sharry) of Pease, MN, Randy Kragt of Salem, OR, Brian Kragt (Sharry) of Portland, OR, Mike Kragt (Julia) of Castle Rock, CO, Harlan Kraft (Suzanne) of Eden Prairie, MN and Joy Baum of Lake Odessa, MI. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
