He is survived by: his brother-in-law Donald Kuzel; his sibling's children, Susan Mauch (Charles), Kimberly Meyer (Bryan), Vicky Schafer (Travis), Jody Kuzel (Lori) and Paul Kuzel (Stephanie); his godmother Elaine Tisch; and his friend Karen Lind.
