It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Wolter (Fargo, North Dakota), born in Glencoe, Minnesota, who passed away on March 16, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn; and his brother Louis. He is survived by: his spouses, Carolyn King and Mary; his children, Joseph (Lynda), Sarah Fraase (Jamie), Matthew (Liz) and Adam (Katie); and his siblings, Paul "Gene" (Marjorie), Virgil (Barbara), Tom (Marlene) and Carol McCoy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer a donation made to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
