He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ervin Baltus and Della Baltus; his foster parents, Clarence Johnson and Elmira Johnson; his children, Marsha, Machelle of Rockford, MN and Michael (Melissa) of Circle Pines, MN; his wife Colleen Baltus; his stepchildren, Pamela Axtman (Keith) of Minot, ND, David Rowe (Sally) of Ham Lake, MN and Rodney Rowe (Laura); his sisters, Evangelynn Anderson of Apple Valley, MN, Marlene Rowe of Buffalo, MN and Darlene Malecha (John) of Coon Rapids, MN; his grandchildren, Mikayla Baltus, Mitchell Baltus of Circle Pines, MN, Matthew (Jenny), Jeffery Rowe (Ashley) of Circle Pines, MN, Daniel Rowe (Brittany) of Blaine, MN, Coltin Axtman and Quinlan Axtman (Kaitlin) of Minot, ND; his great grandchildren, Delana, Stade, Mira Rowe of Circle Pines, MN and Aurora; his former life partner Shirley Ann; and his brother Delbert. He was also cherished by many half brothers and sisters, nieces, and nephews.
