She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Misialek and Christina Misialek (Passa); her former husband Steven Rudnik; her husband Henry Dvorak; her sons-in-law, Orlin Berger, Bill Bruers and George Cox; and her great grandchild Corey Shields.
She is survived by: her children, Angeline Berger of Emerado, ND, Shirley Bruers of Baxter, MN, Diane Cox of Grand Forks, ND and Steve Rudnik (Mary) of Grafton, ND. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren.
