He is survived by: his wife Josephine of Grafton, ND; his children, Patricia Leighton (Michael) of Grafton, ND, Mari Jo Deitz of Grand Forks, ND, Elizabeth Armstrong of Jacksonville, FL, Julie Tilka of Minneapolis, MN, James Deitz (Ann Marie) of Turlock, CA, Michael Deitz (Arlene) of Fort Collins, CO and Theresa Cresap (Keith) of Minneapolis, MN; and his siblings, Yvonne, Sylvia, Claudia and Eugene (Nancy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
