He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Dusek and Mary Ann Dusek (Blazek); and his siblings, Frank P, Benedict and Mary Berg.
He is survived by: his wife Clarice of Grafton, ND; his children, Danny (Teresa), Rick (Brenda), Judy Hendry (Jon) of Grand Forks, ND, David (Sheryl), Ernie (Barb), DuWayne (Alanna) and Joey (Amy); and his siblings, Helen Sieben of Grafton, ND and Ray Dusek (Terry) of Crookston, MN.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, one great grandchild.
