He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Hagen and Mae Hagen (Anderson); and his nephew Jay. He is survived by: his sisters, Rosalie Johnson (Gerald) of Fargo, ND and Jacqueline Bateman of Bonney Lake, WA; and his nieces and nephews, Steve, Greg, Jim, Sherry, Jeff and JoAnn.
