He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dennison and Helga Dennison (Simundson); his wife JoAnn Olson; his siblings, William Jr. and Carole Thompson; and his grandchildren, Thomas Dennison and Jessica Donahue.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Anderson (Daniel) of Karlstad, MN, Kris Spies (Randy) of Grand Forks, Scott Dennison (Colleen) of Grand Forks and Tim Dennison (Shannon) of Moorhead, MN; his sister Rita Walker; his grandchildren, Nick Hageman (Katie), Angela Monsrud (Shanon), DJ Anderson (Kate), Adam Anderson, Andrew Anderson (Brandi Veer), David Spies, Lindsey Holter (Scott), Tara Stallard (Tom), Eric Dennison (Heather), Jeff Dennison (Melanie Gerrits), Kathleen Dennison (Casey Schumacher), Paige Raboin (Brandon), Hunter Dennison (Hanna Vogt), Alex Donahue, Megan Donahue (Taylor Dwyer), Benjamin Donahue (Katie Keigitsch), Kayla Nordick (Kyle) and Samantha Buck (Ben); and his sisters-in-law, Jeanette Dennison and Doretta Olson. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church of Grand Forks. **Covid precautions are in place and masks will be required.
