She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gust and Millie Gust; her son Baby Kotrba; her husband William S. Kotrba; her grandchildren, Laura Bell and Scott Kotrba; her son William J. Kotrba; and her siblings, Elsie Drellack, Leona Thompson, Emily Austin and Herbert Gust.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Kotrba (Bonnie) of Surprise, AZ, Dennis Kotrba (Gay) of Barnesville, MN and Shirley Balbi (Patrick) of Canby, OR; her daughter-in-law Sharon Kotrba; and her brother-in-law Donald Kotrba. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
