She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth McIntosh and Muriel McIntosh (Olson); and her sister Sheila McCabe (McIntosh). She is survived by: her husband Stephen Cook; her grandchildren, Kenna, Nicholas, Ayla of Snoqualmie, WA., Matthew, Kaitlyn of Thompson, ND., Avery and Delaney of Buxton, ND.; and her sisters, Jeanette Gates (Lewis) of Minot, ND and Betty Myers (Lowell) of Carpio, ND. She is also survived by three children and seven grandchildren.
