Moen of Grand Forks, North Dakota, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Elofson and Amelia Elofson (Klein). She is survived by: her husband David A. Moen; and her children, Kim Litke (Keith) of Box Elder, SD and Brent Moen (Andrea) of Eden Prairie, MN. She is also survived by 2 brothers; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews; and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Valley Senior Living on Columbia or Sharon Lutheran Church.
