He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Myers and Florence Myers (Dura); and his son Kristopher Myers. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Smith; his daughter Ladema Gore (Grover) of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Grover III and Madelynn; his brother Keith Myers (Rita) of Grand Forks, ND; and his stepchildren, Marshall Anderson (Crystal), Brenda Hoverson (Tim) and Connie Whyte (Brian). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
