She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Desautels and Rosalia Desautels (Fink); her children, Gregory Freeman (Marilyn) and Kathleen Moum (David); her grandson Joseph Freeman, Jr.; and her granddaughter-in-law Jenny Tone-Pah-Hote.
She is survived by: her child Reine; her husband Philip Freeman; and her children, Jane Freeman of Grand Forks, ND, Mark Freeman (Teri) of Bismarck, ND, Jude Freeman of Grand Forks, ND, Joseph Freeman (Cathy) of Grand Forks, ND, Andrew Freeman (Peggy) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Paul Freeman of Grand Forks, ND, Martin Freeman (Mary) of Apache Junction, AZ and Mary Brady (Philip) of Lewisville, NC. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
